Some copies may have come with an America Online insert promoting 50 Free Hours by inserting the disc into the player for access (the insert specifically mentions "Much Afraid")

Recorded at The Aquarium, London, UK, and at Secret Sound, Franklin, TN.

This release contains two tracks ('Frail' and 'Fade To Grey') that originally appeared on the band's demo and were re-recorded for this album. 'Frail', orignally an instrumental, had lyrics added for this version.
