Catalogue number E4342 appears on centre labels, the extended ones: E-4342ST appears on spine, E-4342 ST on front cover and E/SE-4342 ST on back cover. Disc comes in factory inner sleeve out of paper with blue in white lion image and "MGM RECORDS THE STARPOWER LABEL" printed in three rows below it.

Rights society BMI erroneously printed adjacent to all tracks except A5 (where simply omitted) in the track list on back cover - typo, not all tracks are protected by BMI, correct rights societies are listed on centre labels:
