Made in Germany.

Co-released by the German magazine "Twen". The magazine's logo appears in the lower right corner on the front sleeve.
Gatefold sleeve includes a big poster. The labels have two horizontal lines accros.
There is an alternative version lacking the horizontal lines.

Also a co-release by "Twen" with additional matrix number on labels and a reissue with later label design. And one more with stereo above Seite on labels.
