Early green label pressing with 'WB' shield logo, pressed by Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Terre Haute as indicated by 'T 1' in runouts.

Includes 'KD' in runout etchings but no Artisan logo in runout.
Does not have Executive Producer credit.

Runout on A has the 5U sideways and looks stamped, right besides an etched 2. The 5U is hard to discern and might still be something else.
Runout on B has the V 4 upside down and the 4 is very finely etched.

Differs from [r=8684811 which also has 'Produced by Bob Matthews and Betty Cantor in association with the Grateful Dead' on labels, but in contrast does have an [l267310 logo in its runout etchings.
Differs from [r=5180677 which has 'Executive Producer: Bob Matthews Associate Producers: Betty Cantor, The Grateful Dead'.

Rear cover slick pasted on upside down. Printed inner sleeve.
