Comes in a standard (non-gatefold) sleeve. Inner sleeve has lyrics on one side, photos and credits on other. Initially released as a gatefold. This non-gatefold version is a repress that was released shortly thereafter.
0 in runout appears after P very faint. This indicates Metal Work by [l586613 and pressed by [l447694.  There is another repress version with different runout etchings.
