Returns and Exchanges

Contact Nail City Record customer service within 14 days of delivery to initiate any return or exchange.

Returns are accepted for store credit only. Items must be in their original, unopened condition and are subject to inspection before credit is issued.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping and related fees.

Orders damaged or lost in transit via Media Mail or USPS First Class International may not be eligible for full replacement or refunds. Store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Reports of damage must be made within 14 days of delivery. Claims made after this window will not be eligible for refund or store credit.

To request a refund or replacement for damaged items, please email help@nailcityrecord.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the damage (including packaging). Please keep all packaging and product until further notice.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), please allow 7-10 business days for store credit or refund processing.
- All returns are subject to inspection before store credit is issued.
- Please note, we do not accept returns on:
- Used inventory
- Discounted or clearance items
- Record Store Day (RSD & RSD Black Friday) titles
Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for pre-order items must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Orders canceled after 7 days may be subject to a 10% processing fee.

Refunds for pre-orders are only available for unshipped items that do not include digital content.
Record Store Day (RSD & RSD Black Friday) Order Cancellations

Please do not request to cancel your RSD or RSD Black Friday orders. Due to extremely high order volumes, processing may take longer than usual.

If you request to cancel your RSD order before it ships, a 10% processing/restocking fee will be applied.

RSD titles are limited to 1 copy per person/household. Orders with multiple copies or multiple orders of the same title will be canceled in full.

All sales of RSD titles are final. No refunds or returns.

Some RSD titles may have minor cosmetic damage (corner dings, seam splits, etc.) due to their limited nature. We do not offer discounts on these items. If a title has significant damage, it will be clearly noted in the product description and discounted accordingly.
