"SP" suffix on label matrix and "SRC" logo stamped in runouts denote Specialty Records Corporation pressing.
"E A S T" embossed on side B label denotes metal parts fabricated by and sourced from Allied Record Company.

Includes only "-Do What Thou Wilt-" etched in side A runout, not "-So Mote Be It-."
