Hailing from a couple small towns between Steubenville, OH and Wheeling, WV the current line up as of early 2014 is formed between four seasoned veterans, who have played in various different bands of all styles.
Bryan Blake on vocals and guitar , Joe Sparkman on lead guitar , Joe Conter on bass guitar and Ed Lantz on percussion.
These guys all cut their teeth and influenced by legendary bands like Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, and all the infamous Seattle grunge bands of the 90's such as Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, and share similar styles with heavy North Carolina hitters Corrosion of Conformity.
With all of their massive influences S.W.S. has created a heavy bluesy grungy sound all of their own.
