Nail City Record is a mom & pop owned and operated indie record store that has been a proud part of the Wheeling community since 2017. We offer a broad selection of physical music formats and regularly host in-store events that bring music lovers together.

Located in the heart of downtown Wheeling, our store stands as both a destination for music fans and a celebration of the city’s rich musical heritage. Wheeling has a deep history in music, and today it’s experiencing a vibrant comeback as an emerging hub for arts and culture. 4- In store appearances and events

We love hosting artist signings, meet & greets, listening parties, and live performances. Our dedicated venue space is equipped with a PA system, a small stage, and flexible seating, comfortably holding up to 40 seated or 65 standing guests.

We work closely with local promoters and can help get your artist booked in Wheeling, whether it's for an intimate in-store set or a full-scale performance at a local venue or theater. Let us help make your event happen.

5- High Visibility Ad Spaces: Banners, Billboard, Artist Mural (Coming Soon)

We are in the process of developping ad spaces on the side of the 3-story building that houses our store, right in the heart of downtown Wheeling, with heavy foot and vehicle traffic all day long.

This opportunity is ideal for long-term visibility. Space will be limited.
