Shipping policy

Processing Times

  • We usually ship orders within 1 to 3 business days after purchase confirmation.
  • Pre-orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of their official release date. Please note that release dates are set by the label and are subject to change. Any updates to release dates can be found on the product page.
  • During busy times like Record Store Day, RSD Black Friday, and December, processing may take 4 to 7 business days due to high order volume.
  • Curated Boxes and Discovery Boxes have longer processing times,  see each product page for details.
  • If your order includes pre-orders or items not yet in stock, we will hold your entire order until everything is available, unless you’ve arranged otherwise with us.

Shipping Times

  • Shipping times vary by destination and the shipping service selected at checkout.
  • Domestic deliveries usually take 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
  • International deliveries can take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on customs and local carriers.

Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
  • If you don’t get a tracking number or your tracking hasn’t updated in a while, please contact us.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on your order’s weight, dimensions, destination, and the shipping service you select at checkout.
  • Media Mail is available only for eligible items such as records, CDs, and other media. Orders that include non-media items (like pins, patches, or accessories) will require USPS First-Class, Priority Mail, or UPS shipping.

Order Insurance

  • All orders of $100 or more are insured for the value of the order.

Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available. Choose the option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Combining Orders

  • We can combine multiple orders to save on shipping if none have shipped yet. Provide us with your order numbers, and we’ll combine shipments and credit any extra shipping fees.
  • Please note: Combining orders is not available during Record Store Day or RSD Black Friday due to high volume and tight shipping schedules.

International Shipping

  • Yes, we ship internationally!
  • Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery.
  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item. Include photos of the damage, outer packaging, and shipping label to help us resolve the issue.
  • Minor cosmetic damage (like slight corner dings or seam splits) is unfortunately common with vinyl shipments and may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • Major damage (like cracked vinyl, warped records, or crushed sleeves) will be addressed promptly with replacement, partial refund, or store credit.

Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, household members, or your postal carrier.
  • If you still can’t locate your package after 24 hours, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Coupons and Discounts

  • All coupons and discount codes must be applied before you complete the checkout process. Coupons and discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.
